Chip identification

Can anybody give a little insight on whose chip this is? Went to install my Hydra with Jelibuilt tunes and this was already in there. Just wondering who the manufacturer might be. Thanks.

It's a Van Aaken chip. I don't know if they are still in business.

The only person I can think of that still programmed on them was Tony Wildman.

But that was as of a few years ago.
Not sure if he still does.

Upon a quick search I found a thread on another forum from 2015. Tony Wildman said very few people if any could flash an Van Aaken chip. Power Struck chimed in and said they could still reflash a Van Aken.
