My '97 kept doing this after I replaced most everything I could see. It got better after I put new sway bar bushing, but didn't go away. I found, when I did the RSK, that the front swing shackles were wallered out. The lower bushings looked fine, but the upper bushings were completely gone and worn into the shackles.
