Well guys, with your help she's fixed! I went ahead and removed that useless section of pipe and tapped the fitting into my Egr plate and put it behind the turbos. Still using the tube though so I didn't have to add to the harness. Made sure that the tube is running down hill.
Here's the pipe, I only had to cut it in one place.
Aaaaaaand here's some of the soot water that came out of the pipe!! It was at least half a beers worth of liquid that came out!
Took about 2.5 hrs, a few beers and a big pinch of grizzly.
