Cold start

My truck doesn't like to start when it gets around 20 outside do I need to replace the glow plugs? If so how hard is it to do.

Its not too bad of a job to do. The hardest part for me was actually getting the valve covers to clear the firewall.
You also might want to replace the glow plug relay when you do the plugs.

I just did mine and the gasket and UVCH and I was able to do it in 2 hours. The foil of the passenger side you can move out of te way and take the little black box off. It is held on with 2 screws and lay it on the washer fluid bottle. It make taking the passenger side cover off a hell of a lot easier.
