Right now ZMBYKLR has Warren 285/150 hybrids in it with a Dieselsite high output hpop and an S472 from Engineered Diesel. Some time in the next few months I would like to up the fuel and put a compound system on it. Not sure what size injectors just yet but I want enough to get into the 1200rwhp range (on da juice) and still have a truck with reasonable street manners.

So since I will be using nitrous to get to the 1200ish rwhp number, what would be a nice, efficient compound setup that can support about 750-800ish rwhp (or more) and still maintain some driveability? Is there a setup that I can use my S472 with?

A 472 would want to be paired with an s500/GT55/Pte pro mod

That's an all out competition setup, not exactly street friendly. Tyler Brancifort has a 467/591 setup, you could ask him what it's like driving that.

I would suggest dropping down to an s300 if going with compounds. An s366/484 would put you at 750-800+ easy.

You need to talk to Ivan, he runs a very street able compound setup with big fuel. I wish I could remember his username...

Yeah, I figured it would be a little too in between sizes to make a streetable compound setup.

were running a 66sxe with a 480 box turbo on the red truck with 250/125s from MPD.

truck flat out runs awesome, think were in the 800-850 range depending on the dyno and last time on spray we did 1067 and the truck is a blast to drive. on 38s in my opinion with stock gearing those are pretty solid numbers.

id say 66/480 or 66/88 setup will be tons of fun on the street and on a more moderate size truck, should flat out move with some nitrous as well.

with the way Eric has the truck tuned now, drivability is excellent.
