So im looking for the best way to monitor my 6.4. Id really like to monitor using a computer since i can barely see the little h&s screens or sct screens. Is there a program for our computers? I know sct has the livelink but with the older ****** tuners (like i have) you cant really monitor anything....and you have to begin data logging to even see parameters...also when i had my 6.0 i knew autoenginuity was a great program for a 6.0, but do they monitor a lot on the 6.4's? And of course there is always ford ids, but its is pricey as hell.....if i was to use just a handheld monitor, are the new edge's good? Show all the prameters? And such?

Other than IDS (which is the best.)

AE is good and will monitor almost every pid (500+) do bidirectional commands, and you have access to all the other modules/tests etc.

The best monitoring screen I think, is a DashDaq/NDash with ford enhanced package on it.

HP Tuners released support for the 6.4 a while back, I havent tried much scanning with mine, but it works great on other platforms.

Any other options for this? I currently have a Matco Determinator/OTC Genisys. It's basically a glorified code and pid reader. I'm a heavy truck/equipment diesel mechanic but do a fair amount of light vehicle work on the side. Really looking into the AutoEnginuity total bundle. Anyone with any more experience with it?

Awesome! I'd love to hear what you think.

Definitely worth the buy. Great for monitoring. Like 200+ pids to choose from. All i have tried to view have worked flawlessly. The actual program is really nice (im running on windows 10 so the interface may be different from 7 or 8). Really a nice product.
