It will not, not without modding the passanger pipe or living with some rubbing noises all the time.

truck sits on 4" of lift currently

I have duals on an 08 with a b&w, barely rubs at all, and it's never on the hitch, just the chain clip on the driver side

hmm might have to get them then and see if i can make the work, i had duals on my 6.0 and it didnt rub on the hitch it rubbed on the bed but i made that work and it looked good
