Coolant Additive warning

I keep getting a "Check Coolant Additive" warning. Anyone know what that is about?

It's a pre-programmed reminder to do coolant maintenance. They want you to test the coolant, put in additive or drain/refill (depending on the results) and reset the reminder. They are trying to avoid another fiasco like they had with 6.0L coolant maintenance issues.

You can buy test strips, advance autoparts car order them for you.

I know this is an old post, but how do you clear the message? I've check everywhere in my '15 with the premium display and can't find anything. Thanks in advance, Chris

Forget exactly how but just fool around with your dash menu and you'll figure it out. Maintenance maybe...????

It's under Settings, Vehicle, Maintenance, Coolant I believe. I will double check when I get in the truck again.
