I thought it was supposed to be a low silicate anti-freeze labeled as such, not the plain old green stuff.

Add the FW-16 yourself.

onto another question

with this new to me truck, the major mods it has is stage 1.5 Full force injectors, PHP tuner , tymar intake, E fuel, banks down pipe ect, with that being said what kind of power gain am i looking at? seller said the tranny was rebuilt with a heavy duty torque converter and that's about it, and what could possibly break on this thing if ran too hard?

350 maybe?

Should be ok on drive train.

i am by no means big on building HP, bought this truck because even with all the upgrades, it was still the same price as a bone stock one so couldn't pass it up,

only other thing done to the tranny is a bigger pan, the max i tow is less then 5K pounds and it dawned on me today that with the added HP if i am subjected to things breaking.

Regular geren coolant is not the right one unless you are after cavitation. Need
low silicant and add the ford coolant additive to the proper level. Either that or
use the ford gold coolant and be done with it.

Rotella should work, but my truck seems to burn it at a fast rate. Delo it what t seems to like and only have to add a
quart between oil changes to keep it in the center of the hash lines. If I fill to the top of the hash the top quart will be gone
in 100 miles.
