anyone tried or heard about this? seems like a fine idea but itd only be useful for pulling or drag racing or at a dyno.. because u could only use it for short burst its not an all the time deal like water injection right? still pretty cool tho

That along with the water foggers dont seem to be used on diesels but are pretty popular on the tuner cars.

Back in the day, they were run on a couple 7.3's and actually lost power when the cooler fogger came on. Intake was picking up the gas and the truck slowed down at the track, IIRC. There's some threads on it in the archives of the old place

I've thought about building a spray bar for infront of the IC... Long pulls and such, but I already lug 10 gallons around that only lasts 200 miles or so when using it hard...LOL
