Cts2 help

I just hooked up my cts2 in my 16 f250. It would go through its sequence then it would say guages loading. Then a few seconds later it goes black and goes through the same sequence over again. It keeps doing this. So i got the cts2 hooked it up to my computer and updated it. Hooked it back up to my truck and its doing the same thing!?!? Anyone have this problem?

Edge cts2's don't work on the 16 fords yet, that's your problem. Sold a few cts2 to customers with 16's and they all do it. Edge says it will be a few months before the 16's will be supported.
