Whats the turn around time on getting one tuned?

Generally its out the same day, but expect at least two days just in case. If you want it next day back let me know

Do you have anybody repairing them if they come in with low voltage or do you just ship them back to the customer?

We don't repair them, we do recommend the customer to check the voltage before sending them to us

No I am pretty sure you have to send them the ficm to be programmed
