Custom tuning

Hey guys! I have a sct livewire tuner from my brother 2006 6.0L I curious can I get custom tunes put on it for my 09 6.4? I have spartan now, and it just feels all over the place with shifting anymore no matter the tune, I have a suncoast rebuilt trans, so I don't think it would be trans concern, an I keep reading custom tunes the only way to go! Anyways I was wondering if gear head would be able to do it? Thanks guys!

what is the model of the tuner? unless it is a race tuner or OR version, you wont be able to run delete tunes on it.
