Custom Up Pipes Gains

Besides improved construction and durability, are there any Noticeable performance gains on custom bellowed up pipes? Mine thankfully are not leaking yet. All the custom sets I see look like they flow so much better. Any proven results ?

If you're asking about just upgraded bellows and not the collector or divided up-pipes, then I wouldn't expect them to flow any noticable amount better. They would be more for just improved construction and durability. Now there are some little things you can do to help the flow of the up-pipes with collector work and what have you, but just adding bellows won't really improve the flow much.

Arent factory bellows double walled...ie restrictive through the bellows? I know when Hawgdoctor cut my old ones off they were noticably narrower than the up-ppes. I cant see how it doesn't help flow to remove the restriction.
I'm sure it's not the most restrictive portion but it's gotta have some impact, although compleptely custom is prob a different story.
