I have Charlie's KC68 and Warren 190/75 as well and it is a very strong set up for just bolt on parts. My truck is heavy on 35's and I feel its pretty quick. Driving around town is fine like Charlie said but towing with this set up you will need to keep the rpms up so regear or lock out over drive. Mine towing wont get hot on my tow tune until it goes into over drive at 60+ and the rpms are below 2000-2100. But if you aren't towing driving around town its perfect you can drive it like a stock truck or lay into it if you want to try and get a ticket.

What tune are you running and how smoky is it?

How's your trans liking it? I want to do a 68 and 190s, but I'd rather not have to touch the trans(other than DD solenoid)

I'm going to be in the same boat soon. I was thinking about stock injectors and a kc or barder stage 1 with some nice tunes. Then down the road toss in some 175/30 injectors. Anyone used this setup before? I got a coworker with a 09 Cummins i need to stay in front of. Its getting deleted and a tuner with a 140hp tune this week.

I'd go with the stg 2 from them at the minimum. I can't see a stg 1 cleaning 175s up very well.
