Carrier cap bolts - 80 ft/lbs
Ring gear bolts - 95 ft/lbs
Backlash - 0.006"-0.010"

If you mess with the pinion or crush sleeve
Used pinion bearing preload - 6-8 in/lbs
New pinion bearing preload - 20-35 in/lbs

Dana 60 Front End Specs:

Carrier Bearing Cap Bolts - 80 ft/lbs
Ring Gear Torque - 110 ft/lbs
Backlash - 0.006"-0.010" (from my experiences, Danas like to be set closer to the 0.010 and they'll settle back down around 0.007)

Pinion preload (used bearings) - 8-10 in/lbs
Pinion preload (new bearings) - 17-30 in/lbs

Anyone ever used a crush sleeve eliminator in a 10.5? Seen a few threads talking about them but can't find one for it.
