Dims don't stay in position

So guys my brights work but I have to hold my lever back. It won't click into position or anything just wondering how big of a job so you think it will be to fix it?

Yep, gotta push it forward and the brights stay on.

Depending on what year it is you either push it forward or pull it back. My personal truck is a '13 F250 and the lever pulls back. The work trucks are a '14 F350 and two F250 '15s and you push the lever forward. Crazy but that's the different parts from model year to model year.

My 2011 was push forward as well, if I remember right. But I rarely use high beams so......
