I'm thinking about doing some porting myself. Thought about trying to increase the outlet where the manifold goes on.

Did a little bit this evening. Matched the manifold to the gasket hole. Smoothed out the sharp edges in each outlet. Still working on where the last outlet is and where the up pipe meets. Couple of bumps are there and trying to smooth out edges to smoother air flow. Hopefully it will help.

How much did you take off? Did you just make it even with the hole?

I made the outlets match the gasket. Still working on the last outlet and where the up pipe meets. Lot of restrictions there I think. Need to smooth out the flow. Got a rotary sand wheel today to polish it up.

Where did you get with this. I have a set of heads sitting on my workbench and I am pondering having them ported.
