Do I really need to upgrade lift pump?

If you just want more filtering, get dieselsites system I had one for a while it was pretty slick, only took 10 minutes to install worked well but it's a little spendy

Had air dog and fass pumps and both failed both were loud, have the h&s system now it's quite and you wire it to your factory plug so it works like the factory and the others you have to wire in a whole different harness to the fuse box it sucks

Mine is quiet as can be and plugs in the same way.

They definitely look like a nice option as do most Dieselsite products. AirDogs are almost free though so....kind of a no brainer in my case.
