If you could find a decent paint to survive those temps I don't see why not. But I have only seen vht paint in flat black. Although I haven't really looked to see what there is for options.
Ive got black, blue, and red vht header paint. I wanna do an all silver motor(for leak detection) and blue uppipes/turbo. The header paint is flat is the only drawback so it'll eventually stain. We have so much salt in the winter that anything not painted will rust.
Are you referring to brake caliper paints working environment versus.header paints.environment? Otherwise, huh?It doubt it would live. Brake calipers get hot but not for hours on end.
