the only other issue would be the instrument cluster module. Try unpluging the instrument cluster and check all the pins for corrosion or a bent pin. The B2477 code is probably coming from the VSM. the only other module that code is associated with would be the transfer case, seat module, parking aide module, information and message center, and a general module.

Thats what i was thinking. Has to be replaced as a complete cluster correct? Is it a 02-03 only cluster?
