What is the most distance you have gone before a regen? This is my longest so far. 635 kms and it's at 73 % soot. Mixture if hyw and city driving

Using my Insight I follow different PIDs. I don't see a need for the "regen: on/off" since Insight will show a small red circle with an "R" indicating the regen in progress. I use DPF Soot Concentration as a better indicator for impending regen. Soot % wasn't as reliable for me. I would see 100% for miles and miles before the regen would start. I can see about the Miles since last regen function.

Most I've seen was 500 miles. That was when it got really cold here for a week last month. This past summer was about every 150 miles. Exact same drive everyday.

I have a 12 f450 that I drive about 1,000+ miles a week and I only regen about every 800-1000 miles. Been like this since the day I bought it.

But this is all interstate travel weighing in at 11k unloaded and running 2450 rpm constant. Now has 70k miles on it Over about a 24month time frame.

Had to get my def tank heater replaced once but that's it.

When my 2012 was brand new, it would go 400-450 miles between regens, but after about 10,000 miles, it started regening every 150 miles or so. No one could ever figure out why it changed... Ford even put a new DPF on it, but that didn't make a difference. Needles to say, I "fixed" it, and now it hasn't regened in over two years haha.
