meh, old trucks... we all get sloppy when we get old. haha

With all the work that you've had done at the shop on the driveline components, Id show it to them if you still have questions. There is a standard amount of play in all of this, but couldn't give advice over the webs/phone.. they should be able to ride in the truck if needed and put you at ease.

More tolerance needed from others at times also.

If the shop was more close I would have them drive it. I pulled our camper to Yellowknife and back for the month of August, that's ~6000 miles. It didn't get any worse. So I'm not too worried about it. I just want it to run the best I can because in the end, I'm just an anal German.
