DRW to SRW conversion

My friend is converting his 2013 DRW to SRW. Wanted some help on what needs to be replaced on the back end. We already have the bed. Currently looking at gas rear axles as they have 3.73s. But does a gas rear axle swap over? Also for driveshaft, can we just replace the rear u joint?

Seems the part numbers are different for the rear calipers for a gas axle vs diesel. Are the rear brakes smaller in a gas SRW rear axle vs diesel SRW axle?

Do you think it is a GVW related difference?

Are you sure the donor axle is a 2013? The brakes increased in size in 2013 for f350 and f450 pickups

So my buddy read the part number wrong. Rear brakes are the same on a gas rear axle. Going to get the gas axle. All that’s left is the driveshaft
