I did mine that way... Kind of aggravating and when you go in a tunnel you don't hear it barely... Nice clean look though.

Kind of aggravating when you can't really hear the truck on the exhaust side at all. For some reason, my truck is the quietest 6.4 I've ever heard. It has its plus's too i guess but its tooooo quiet.

Did you do anything to support the piece over the axle?

It's not that bad but 2400 miles last weekend with a trailer I was mildly irritated. On my 6.4 I should have did it. Would have been a nice difference to the raspiness. Still sounds good inside and in town.

Tell me about it, all I hear in my 6.0 is engine noise until the rpm's get up to about 2500. I guess its because the exhaust exits like 13 feet behind me, but a regular cat-back exhaust with a muffler on a mustang is way louder from inside.

Second picture is terrible but my truck sits low enough that none will ever see the tip. Just a 4" flo pro and I removed the last section of pipe when I lowered it.

Finally from a phone that fits my hands!

After you guys do this to your exhaust have a friend drive away from you and get on it a little. It's different from when I had my stacks off mine.

I've noticed a lot more low rpm drone. Like under 20mph just cruising. But then its much quieter than stock until you hit 2500+rpm. Now that's just how I hear it, others may not. Personally I like the drone.
