Well, as promised I went and got on a dyno today at a local event. Mods are in sig. I have completely stock fuel besides ported rails from RCD. Numbers were VERY low... Unfortunately after I put the RCD converter in I started seeing high slip numbers which I think is going to be blammed on my tranny having 100,000 miles on it and the overdrive clutches slipping. I highly doubt it RCDS converter and they agreed once I rule out my clutches not being bad (which I need to save up for) they will honor their warranty, so no bashing on them. Anyway, beautiful day about 50*F no humidity. Dynoed on a mobile, dynojet, inertia dyno. Drove out about 45 minutes with 15 other trucks, one other 6.4, bunch of older cummins, and the guy who works on my truck who has a twin turbo '07 5.9. I have to say with the converter the truck is an absolute beast on the street and feels awsome. Ive been having problems with slip since I put the converter in but Ive been waiting so long to get on a dyno and go to this event I didnt care if it was slipping or not.

So as promised here are the results. Dont let it scare you away from a cam in a stock truck, obv with larger turbos you are going to carry the curve farther. Im saving up, fixing the tranny and will get more accurate results without doing another mod to the motor, on a load dyno. I was seeing about 250rpm of slip.

No idea, first time on a dyno. Im sure if you find a truck with just a spartan 310, intake, exhaust you can get a good idea of what the curves look like. Even for seeing that much slip I was impressed how long it held close to its max hp and how early.

Curve looks good. Looks typical for a tuned 6.4. The torque curve is a little peaky, but the horsepower curve looks really good. That's about what our 250 tune dyno's on a stock truck though. Definitely low.

Yea, I knew it'd be low going into the event with my tranny showing over 200rpm of slip. I'll get some more once I figure out what needs replacing in it.
