e40d trans rebuild kit

is it worth it or should i keep saving money and get the ats or the suncoast kit? not gonna go to crazy on the power just basic stuff. later on i might stage 2 injectors from industrial and a better turbo. anyways should this be enough or do i need a better one? thanks in advance all help is apreciated

what are you final plans for the truck and what will it be use for?

just average truck stuff haulin wood towing small sailboats. im not gonna go out and try to win the diesel power challenge with it. right now it totes 6 guys into the woods everyday so we dont have 6 cars out on the loggin roads

You will need more parts. The ebay kit does not include steels. I would replace the bearings too.

those were the other 2 kits i was looking at. also was gonna add a bully dog shift kit. trackspeeder i looked at racer x and didnt see any rebuild kits :shrug:

talk to this guy.... he sells kits i believe form sunnex? he pretty knowledgeable on the trans stuff. skip the bully dog and get his valve body kit all in one order.
