Hello, for those of you who may remember, I have a late model 99 F250 SD 7.3/ZF6 that thanks to the previous owner has numerous wiring harness issues. There have been a few 'fixes' along the way but I'm fed up and would like to do it right.
I have been told to get a compatible harness I need a 99 or 2000, my question is will a early model harness work in a late model truck? or what modifications will I need to make to make it work.
I've read through the threads on difference between early and late model trucks but I thought I'd ask to see if anyone knew off hand as there are generally people who frequent here much smarter then me.
I've been looking at wrecks but I'm having trouble finding a late model compatible truck so far.
