he says its gonna be 3 weeks or so till the wiper cowl kit is ready. That should save some money though if it looks good.

I've been following his stuff on facebook to see what happens with it all. Thinking my school bus needs a new look in 2013, or maybe 14 at my going rate lol

Sidebar question though for those who might know. How different is the 11+ front end compared to the 08-10 as far as conversion goes. I'm just hoping maybe these brackets for the 08-10 would work with 11+ sheet metal.

I have been in contact with him as well. As soon as the cowl piece he is making is done, I will be purchasing. Looks to be a good kit. he says the gaps are right on but can be shimmed a little if needed to be perfect.

From what I know the front of the frame rails have to be notched with the 2011+ conversion. I know my buddy Bryan did it with his one of kind SD.

I did the 2012 nose onto my 1999.5 F250 and the top of the frame does need to be cut for the 2011-13 grille and bumper to fit.I showed pics on one of these sites,either here or powerstroke.org,powerstroke nation or dieselstop.com I forget.This conversion should work for 2011-13 fenders but you still have find a way to mount the lower & upper grille brackets to your truck to mount the grille since the 2011-13 arent attached to the hood like the 08-10's. The cowl kit this guy makes should fit both conversions since 08-10 and 11-13 wiper cowls are the same.I know I can use one for my 1999.5 f250 with the newer 2012 nose since I havent updated my cowl yet.

First picture was posted back in october, last one in December. Seems like sort of a hobby build, but some of the other stuff I have seen from him, he looks like he knows what he is doing with metal fab

Good deal, I know I have seen a couple done but not enough pictures or write ups for me to know what I would be getting into before I start, time for some mroe research on my end.

lines look real good, a couple look like the hood is still open, or sittin up a little high on the passenger side.

So now the next thing is finding the parts. I have found partstrain.com has the hood and both fenders for 530 shipped. Anyone find better than this, I have searched craigslist but no luck, most people want 150 for just a painted used fender.

There's always these two options.... The second guys is legit but his pricing is sky high. If you got the money he's probably the best guy to contact.

Something about the first ones fender to headlight area that just doesn't look right.
