Edge cts2 and remote start

What I thought was a issue with my cts2 turns out to be an issue with remote starting the truck then inserting the key.

Is this a common issue with anyone else running the cts2?

Every truck does it. I just touch the screen after I put the key in and turn it to run.

Mines hit or miss. Sometimes it comes on with remote start sometimes it doesn't. Don't know what's up

Mine won't come on when I hit the screen after a remote start.

It turns on when you first remote start the truck but then shuts off. Mike turns on when I tap it continually with key in.

Same here. It's annoying, but fortunately I don't use remote start much. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to come on.

Same thing on my 2015 6.7.... Drives me nuts also.
