I really do not wish to spend a ton of cash on gauges I am not a fan of triple pillar pods or over head ones. I am liking the edge ct or cts are all the features compatible with the truck I have. I am aware I will need pyro and boost but for tranny along with various other ones will the be necessary.

Them monitors really don't do much more than a5 dollar phone app. You need all those expensive add one to make it monitor important stuff like egt and fuel psi

What would you recommend for gauges that are quality on a budget right now.

I go for quality regardless of price. Isspro ev2 are the only gauges I would buy. If you can't afford them then save up until you can

I have a CTS, as well as Isspro's.
You are going to spend just as much on an expandable EGT probe and additional sensors and wiring than you would for a comparable Isspro package. This isn't factoring in the initial purchase price of the CTS either.
On the other hand, I do like the data logging, DTC reading and maintenance manager of the CTS.

Isspro gauges... Hands down... but I am rather bias.

The TQ App can take care of the rest for you.

Currently I am going to just have tuning, a mild fuel system and suspension upgrades till I have the money for better go fast goodies. I will just wait on the tool box for a little while and how does the cts gauges work in sync on a DD in a practical sense.

I had an overhead and triple gauge pod on the a pillar and wound up getting rid of them for an edge cts. I definitely prefer having one console rather than all the gauges. It cost me around $1000 for the package as Bruce said it Does require the add on but for the 1000 I spent I got everything and a turbo timer IMO all the gauges suggested are good just depends on what you personally like. I'm a fan of being able to data log as well.

CTS is great. Refresh rate is right there with my Isspro's.
I monitor fuel psi, ICP, IPR%, EGT , coolant temp, oil temp, boost and back-pressure on the CTS.
I also have boost, trans, and EGT on the pillar with Isspro's.
Their readings are identical across all temp/pressure ranges (which makes sense given Edge used Isspro sensors).

I also paid no-where near $1000 for my setup.
I paid $400 for the CTS, expandable EGT, three pressure sensors and two temp sensors.

I am not saying the ISSPROs aren't good but didn't the OP said he was not a fan of the triple pod or the overhead console? Wouldn't the gauges require one?

You have the underdash pod, dash top pod, the F650 dash... However the best location for gauges is the A-pillar for being able to see at a glance.

I had the a pillar pod I'm not knocking it just didn't want all those gauges. I prefer the CTS but I think the ISSPROs are great gauges.
