EGR Delete Noises

all my trucks have had a random tick at idle. believe its valves that are now more pronounced.

I didnt notice this tick before egr delete or before the heads were off. It does sound like valvetrain. I hear there is an update in the rocker arms that maybe the tick?? It does it at idle and does it driving also. Could it just be one lifter cuz that is all I hear making the tick
