It's not done yet. You can find pics of it in his sponsor thread. Hit him up with a pm and he will get back to you pretty quick.

Honestly, buy one off ebay from custom diesel, the quality is just as good as a sinister or any big brand, for like half the cost

I don't have a site, it's usually just business by word of mouth through the forum or our dealers with websites. I've got several kit's in stock and I'm currently running a 4th of july sale through Sunday. Let me know if I can help!

Thanks for the words fellas!

Steve's kit is unlike the rest of the kits on the market as far as I'm aware. Looks much easier to install, if I buy another it will be his. Btw Perf machine has terrible fitment.

I got mine from custom diesel as well. I just drove down and picked it up. Never had any trouble with it.

Just make sure you get one with 1 piece J tube.

look, i am in support of our vendors too, and have bought my share of items from them in (bts, turbo, headers, etc)..., but honestly, not everyone is made of money, which i understand. so tell me, why pay double the cost something is worth. its like these cummins guys asking 15k for a 20 year old truck with 400k on it, NOT WORTH IT!!!

Those stay for sale for a long time too. Sadly, there is a village idiot everywhere to pay it.

A lot of this stuff(for any brand) is way overpriced for what you get. I understand time and labor. I think an egr delete kit itself shouldn't be over $75, a piece of pipe, j tube, and some o rings aren't that expensive.

Sorry, just get that crap gone, the motor will thank you.

Man, you guys point me in the direction of your machinist that's making uppipe flanges, delete plates, o-rings, hose, clamps, TIG welding and compoment polishing for less than $75 total and I'll sign up tomorrow. I don't think I sell "overpriced crap". I'm very positive my kit will leave my customers satisfied with the quality, function as well as the piece of mind they have knowing that their absolute delete kit won't leave them on the side of the road or constantly fitting leaks after install. I guess to each his own.

After considering the vendors offerings...:D I'd look into Innovative Performance Research. I just got my hands on one of their kits and it's a pretty nice piece.

look, i was not at all bashing or underrating ANY vendors product, i stated my point, and stand by it. im sure you and every other vendor on here make and or sell beyond quality products. the overpriced crap was just a reference, once again, im sure you make a good delete kit, i was simply giving the op an alternative. Look at it this way, as an average joe, when you buy any product, food, clothes, etc... if you KNOW that something is of the same quality, and you can get it for a cheaper price, vs paying for a name, would you not buy the cheaper of the two? i have installed multiple brands of deletes, sinister, custom diesel, and another off brand. the other off brand was in fact **** quality, horrible fitment, leaked coolant, etc, and i began to think hmmmm, i wonder if they are all like this, and then i came across the custom diesel kits, and everyone i have installed, is still doing its job just fine.

When you set out to build a quality product you usually, or atleast I do anyway, try to "fix" the issues you see in other kits. Some choose to copy other people and call it there own and I myself chose to reinvent the wheel. You've never installed my kit, I doubt you've even seen it or know how it works. It's nothing like the custom diesel kit or any kit for that matter. I'm stupid picky about quality and I have done everything I can to make sure my customers are 100% satisfied in every aspect the kit is incorporated. Albeit performance, reliability or aesthetics. I can't think of one person that's ever come back to me and said "Geez Steve, you really ripped me off with that price tag". So forgive me if I take offense to your comments. It's not everyday that I have somebody tell people to skip my quality in favor of a problematic design rant can be found on eBay for what they think is a fair price. Which btw, I have to ask.... If you don't build your own delete kit, how can you say I or anybody else is over pirced? Did you ever think that companies who have low prices do it for a reason? Maybe in the hopes of gathering sales driven off a money value rather than a quality or reliability standpoint? See what I'm sayin.

You are right, I havent seen/ installed your delete kit, i am sure it is a very nice product, and i think its great you take this time to ensure your customers are beyond pleased with it, and that you actually give a damn about fixing problems seen elsewhere. Once again, I never said it was poorly made or anything even hinting at it. Yes I do see what youre saying from a cost/ sales/quality standpoint, all I was saying is that for the price, you CANT beat customs kit. Their quality has held up fine, the main customers truck I recall putting one on does stone walls/ structures, tows heavy as hell daily, bobcats, loads of stone, etc, and the guy literally dogs his truck 24/7. Well I installed that other kit on his truck, and had some fitment issues, mainly with the coolant re route pipe, but had to go together with it, per my boss, and about a month later, his truck came in with a coolant leak, and I absolutely hate having comebacks as a diesel mechanic. Well, by this time the shop I worked at had started only buying customs kits, I installed one on his truck, and he has had no problems since.nor have any of the other trucks I installed them on, that tells me that their kit works just fine.

And have you ever thought that maybe there are still people in this world who arent 100 percent profit driven, and are just out to sell a reliable product at a price they KNOW they will sell plenty of units at? Im not saying this is true with either side of our conversation here, but just in general. Im not even trying to argue with you, im just asking here.

You know what, I shouldnt have posted that, i should have sent him a p.m.. Im not trying to hurt any vendors business/reputation on here, I was just trying to save a guy a hard earned buck. Im not a rich guy by any means, but i work in the rain, cold, and texas heat and sun for what i earn, and being young, married with a kid, and life in general, i know the value of a dollar, I am oriented towards saving money where i can, without skimping on quality, always have been and thats just where I am coming from
