I think.any true ELC coolant is good. The green crap is horrendous. As is that piss.gold bs they put in 04+ trucks. My gasser had it, idk about the 6L.

Yep 6.0 came with ford gold

Its actually a good coolant...

Needs filtered just like any other coolant though. And must be maintained properly

Ive heard other opinions,lol. I ditched it in my 04 gasser. Ran the red.rotella. Oddly my 265k mile is still running old.ass green. And I even have another.change worth of it on my shelf.so I wont be going waterless(evans) or cat/rotella/zerex elc. Oh well. One thing at a time.

Yea its one of those...which is better kinda debates...

When properly filtered and maintained gold isnt a bad coolant

I personally used zxed-1...but a lot of guys actually recommend going back with gold and a coolant filter after studs
