Your being anal now....!

I've looked at all the aftermarket pans. Absolute has one as well. The Sritcly Diesel one is a very nice piece. On my 11 I just bought the steel pan and rolled on...

I always drain oil when the motor is warm. Seems to drain out much better especially in some large equipment that has 7+ gallons to drain out.

Yeah. I was messing with him. We have units we drain 750 gallons of engine oil out of and warmth is crucial!!

nice!! is that the first initial fill with LE? or have you did a full change since you started? how much do you have to put in to top off after the filter change only? I know when I change my oil, there is a lot that sits on top of the filter that drains out with it..

I ran my first batch at 2,500 to 11,000. Changed it completely during the turbo swap.

First time I drained a bit over a quart, then some more when I took the sample, and THEN pulled the filter...took four quarts to top it off. This time I opened the valve for a bit, filled the container, and closed it...guessing less than a pint. Then changed the filter. Took 2 quarts to top off.
