can you try getting a log with (more) steady engine rpm? maybe include pedal position/volts?

looking over your log, I don't see anything standing out in the tuning...I was expecting to see a lot more ICP pressure....which could have caused the bucking.

is it bucking on/off/on/off...or is it a misfire...not critiquing anything just questioning.

I will have a better one for you tomorrow. If anything, icp numbers seem to be lower rather than on the high side. And yes it's bucking off then back on, few seconds later off then back on. Sometimes more harsh and longer than others. I'm unsure if it's a misfire. It really seems like the engine is just cutting out. Now it tends to do it upon acceleration too. From a stop, I push the accelerator and it started moving then cut out and then started moving again. Push harder and it pulls nicely up to speed.

Here's one with the Accelerator position volts included. I was doing about 55mph mostly. I tried to keep the rpms as steady as possible. When this truck is cutting out though, the rpm needle is dropping until the engine catches itself. This is driving me nuts. Dave, I wish you guys were closer, I would love to have you drive the truck. I know it's hard to diagnose over the internet. I just don't trust any shops around here.

Alright, I changed out my Cps and ipr orings tonight. Took it for a little test drive but am unsure that helped at all. I guess if it continues tomorrow, I will have to take it to a shop to be diagnosed.

put a voltmeter on your TPS, and monitor pedal voltage without the cruise on
