billet? secondary is a 60/68 .85 turbine housing, primary is a billet 475 1.1 turbine housing

I meant is the valve cover (don't know what you call it if it isn't) on top of the motor billet? Plus I should have looked at your sig, was thinking you were running a single. From the pics I couldn't tell.

yea, the valve cover (cover) is billet, started out as a solid piece 2 1/2" x 8" x 22" @40 lbs. finish weight is 8lbs

Yea, I was bored last winter after my conversion was doneLOL. I dont think you would want to pay to have one made, probably about 25 hrs of machine time:shocked:
