no, the mini maxx is that much better than the black maxx...

better screen resolution, brighter display, no awkward cradle mount, easy to slip it into your shirt pocket when you have to park in a questionable area, and cheaper to boot!

I have the mini max and really like it but I will say I'll spend a few extra bucks next go around and get a black max for the bigger screen next time

Doesnt Black maxx have the active maxx software feature or something, I cant actually recall what it was called and done but i thought it had it but the mini didnt
