Finally found my 6.4, maintenance question

Finally found a 6.4 in my price range to replace my stolen 6.0 king ranch. Its an 08 king ranch with 100XXX miles all highway bone stock still has DPF and crap. I know the truck as its my buddys uncle and he takes great care of it my question is a 6.4 with this mileage what normal maintenance should be done? Tranny fluid? diff fluid? coolant change? Im going with MBRP 4" down pipe back exhaust and aFe PR5 intake with a spartan tuner. Anything else i should add to the list? new to a 6.4. want it reliable as possible and wont be pulling much but a 36' center console.

Also thinking about PTP egr kit. Is it worth doing and how hard is the install?

I would flush the coolant and tranny. If it was my truck, I would also swap the front and rear diff fluid along with the transfer case fluid. I also bled the old fluid out of the brake system and replaced when I got my used 6.4 and swapped it over to 5w40 Valvoline synthetic.

Thanks ya i think im just going to change all the fluids in the truck the weekend after i get it.
