Is there any site sponsers that custom tune the 5.4? Or anyone have a recommended place?

I talked to Eric awhile back about tuning my brothers f-150, he said he did tune the 5.4. However my brother ended up selling his truck and never got the tuning so I cant be much more help for ya LOL.

Do you know how much the tune cost? One of my friends has a bullydog now trying to get him to get a sct for it

Not off hand man, I do remember him saying something along the lines of not needing gauges/monitoring so all that was needed was something like an X3. I will look back into my emails and see if I can dig up the info..

Gas engines you dont need gauges like a diesel unless he is going to tow then maybe a trans temp.

I got custom tunes from 5 Star Performance for my F150. I was impressed with how they woke the truck up. PHP also custom tunes 5.4's but they use their own programmer which is basically an Edge Evo.

I've used More Power Tuning in the last for my f150 and solid tune. Gasser tuning is very different then diesels.
