I have a Ford Dana 80 rear from an 03 F-350 under my F-250 and i am running single wheels on it. The tires hang way out from the dually wheel adapters. Is there a way to change the hub assembly to a single wheel hub.

As far as i know, Ford Never used a Dana 80 single wheel application like the Dodges do.

Any info would be great. Thanks

You'll have to live with it from what I can remember, get a set of spacers for the front, or change your wheel offset.

I don't believe you can change the hubs to any different configuration on a DRW Dana 80.

I am running a 2002 D80 rear and a 2008 D60. They almost match up. The D80 is still about 1/2 inch wider on each side. Run with 05+ offset rims and you cant tell a difference.

What u needed was a D80 out of a f350 cab and chassis. They are shorter and tuck rite under there nicely.

Thats what i figured... Only real option would be to get a dodge d80 srw axle

Then you'll have to reweld the spring perches & your rear will be 8x6.5 & the front will be 8x170mm.

:whs: Just reweld the spring perches on a C&C axle & rock out, HRT did that on his old red truck AFAIK.

Yep - cab and chassis axle to use under a SRW truck and keep the rear track width as narrow as possible without a ton of work.

no, 99-03 F-450/550 Superduty with 8x170 bolt pattern.

Actually you want an F350 cab and chassis axle - all the F550 axles were bigger than Dana 80s and I am not sure on the F450 axles - but I think they were all Dana 80s - you should check on those.

The 450s were all 80's the 550's were the big rears. I believe River City Diesel would machine the hubs so the wheels lined up and you used the stock axles.

no idea. All the 350 SRW trucks ive seen have sterling axles like the 250's. But not sure for the 350 cab and chassis. 4" axle tube diameter?
