And polished is really hard to keep clean though isn't it? vs. chrome, black, or stock i mean?
Chrome is by far easiest to keep clean, painted is next - but you have to be careful not to scratch either of these when cleaning. The best thing about polished is they can take ALOT of abuse and still be restored to show-truck status. The bad thing is it takes alot of work to do that. If you use a good rouge and do a really good polish job, you can keep them beautiful for a few months if you are diligent about cleaning the brake dust off. That said, every time I get a set of polished wheels, I swear I'll never do it again!! I'm waaay too busy to spend all that time fussing over having 'shiny' rims... I'm looking into DIY hard anodizing the 18x10's I had on the X for awhile. Or maybe I'll go all out and have them done in 'black chrome'!
