Fuel Filter Conversion and Filter Option

I'm sure most of you are aware of our fuel filter conversion kit we offer that replaces the costly unit under the hood of the 6.7. It utilizes a billet aluminum filter head and spin-on style filter and fits in the factory location.

We carry an AFE filter replacements for the factory filter/pump assembly on the frame as well. Between the two filters, your cost to do a fuel filter change decreases from around $100 to just $35 without sacrificing filtering capabilities.

Is this for the framerail fuel filter or does the 6.7 have two filters like other powerstrokes?

The 6.7 has a filter under the hood as well as one on the frame rail. The conversion is to replace the whole filter assembly under the hood. The AFE filter we carry is just a replacement filter for the factory assembly on the frame rail in the event that you're utilizing the stock lift pump/filter assembly.
