So I'm in need of some help. Iv looked high and low and no one has the answer. I'm currently helping a friend with a fuel system. My question is does anyone know the thread size of the nut that connects the fuel return from the back of the head to the line that goes to the fuel cooler. Any help would be awesome and if someone would confirm that the banjos going into the hpfp is 12mmx1.5 that would be great too
Thanks
Matt

Like Shane said there is not a fitting on the back of the head. The line you are talking about is a tee where the return fuel from the HPFP and injectors connects and goes to the fuel cooler. If I remember correctly the hose that goes to the fuel cooler is crimped onto that line.

That's the check valve to keep the two return flows separated. The easiest way to tap into that line is to cut the line and weld whatever type of fitting you want on there.
