Yessir.

It's been a while since I compared speed to rpms, but I know that my truck seems to be happiest at 75 mph or slower on the highway, and 75 mph is around 2200 rpms.

Im looking to change gears too. I run 37s and soon 38s. Im thinking about 4.30s. Im wondering if it makes sense to do front and rear lockers at the same time? Good idea or bad?

If you're planning on running lockers and its in your budget, its less expensive to have them installed when you do your gears.
