There is just one. Just different mounts. That is one cranked up 7.3. Is that max output or towing level?

All will depend how far down I push the go pedal LOL I will prob never use all of the power when towing, but if needed it will be there. 250/200, srp1.1, compounds and 500 should be no problem.

Can they be mounted divorced? I might be running a 9 or 10 speed road ranger in this project. Thanks for sharing your information heavyhaul.

Sounds like you would be right at the bottom. I will do some research tomorrow. Where did you get it?

I bought it off Ebay... It is a genuine Holset turbo. Not a Chines nockoff...

I had RCT machine the S400 .90A/R housing to fit it... Seems to start spooling preety good...

The turbo is rated for 90+ LBs a minute... I will see if I can find a flow chart for it...

Anything is possible. They are a sealed unit. There is not really a rear mount for them so all the vertical driveshaft load would be on the gv bell housing.

I could not find a flow chart for the turbo.. But on Holsets web site, It say the turbo can flow up to .75 Kiligrams of air a second... Now you convert .75 Kiligrams to Pounds and you have 1.65345 pounds of air a second.. Now take that times 60 seconds and you have 99.207 pounds a minute of air....

99 LBs and minute of air flow out of a 66mm inducer turbo??? sounds like a lot.. BUT that was from there site....

One problem I could not find the presure ratio for the turbo.. If only I could find the pressure ratio map for the turbo..

Will keep looking..

Yeah running 4.30s and stock tires...I'm at 2000 rpms right at 60 mph....not a fun situation when it's also your daily driver. The grunt off the line with the 4.30s is great just unsure of how difficult a gear swap would be...thinking 3.73s or 3.55s

you need to find someone close to swap gears with you. I know I'd swap someone my 3.73's for 4.30's if they were close.

So it bolted directly onto the output from your transfer case. My guess is it would do the same with a ZF-6.

How exactly are they controlled? Is it just a switch that you flip and it shifts?

I would imagine. Just change the tail section out for the gv adapter plate. They are computer controlled to help keep the operator from wrecking it. Although it sill happens. There would be a push pull switch mounted on your shifter or you can put a switch in the floor like the old high/low beam sw

So by the map, I should be able to put a GV on there and still have enough air @ 1500 RPMs to keep EGT and not have to down shift on any hills.... In overdrive I see boost @ 1100 RPMs by 1200 its about 2 PSI. and @ 1500 its 7psi or better.... That is if you have your foot in it of course...
