the drop links you just replace, unbolt those, and bolt on new ones. dont even bother trying to just do bushings on them. way easier to replace whole thing.
the bushings you replace are held on by the four bolts that hold the sway bar to the axle.
there a split bushing. take the 4 bolts out that hold the sway bar to the axle. the rubber there is whats probably making your noise.
if your wondering, you can crawl under there, and try to move the sway bar. grab all four places that it mounts(one at a time), and try to wiggle it. there should be zero play. if it moves, thats where your thud/thump is coming from.
