Grinding

I had to replace the clutch on my '99 F250 6-speed and I have adjusted it but it grinds only when shifting into 2nd. It doesn't grind if I shift slow but if I shift to fast it will grind. Any suggestions?

Syncos maybe? dunno, mine does the same thing from 1 to 2, not always and not much, but it happens on a fairly regular basis. new clutch also, did it before with the old one, and with the new one too.
