First off, 2014 F350 Platinum SRW.... 2.5" Pro Comp leveling kit

I wanted to run 325/60/20 GoodYear Duratracs on BMF 20x9 Novakanes w/ 0 offset. I have Bushwacker Extenda fenders and Gatorback kickback mudflap to install with this also. I asked two different shops that said I'll be fine for clearances. I got those rims and tires in and mounted. It's the exact look I wanted, perfect actually. The issue? I go to install my flares and realize when the tires are turned there is absolutely no way a flare let alone flare and mudflap bracket will fit. I just spent $5500 Cnd on this f@cking setup and now I can't even use it! /end rant

The only thing I can think to do now is to order smaller tires and try to recoup the money from the 325's..... Any other suggestions?

Do they fit now without the mud flaps and flares? I'm surprised your having issues.

Looks like lots of room in the pics. Have you test fit a front flare to make sure there's an issue?

Yes they fit fine without the flares and flaps once I zip tied the well liners.

Here's a better pic. Less than 1/4" of room. Can't even fit the flare without the flap bracket. :(

That tire just looks larger than a 35 or 35.5". The worn out duratracs that I had on a set of wheels seemed big also.

Get a bigger rear block and add more in the front. Another 1" everywhere, throw all that other shti on, sleep at night.

I wonder if you have one of the trucks with the lower front than most?
Mine and my brothers '15 Platinums were only 1/2" lower in the front. A friends 15 Platinum was 1.5" lower. Can't figure out why but if you're started like that your 2.5" lift would be about equal to mine with a 1" spacer. Mine with a 2.5" spacer would clear that tire and wheel all day long. I have close to 3" clearance with the 22x10.5" Novas at -25 offset and 33" tires.

Can't I have exactly 1/4" to clear getting in my garage door with this setup now.

Strange that they would differ. I don't think it's any lower though because with a 2.5 levelling kit I'm exactly level from front to back. I know that Duratracs are bigger than listed. The actual width is like 13.2" and 35.6" tall. Regardless this sucks, the look I wanted was flush with flares, not to mention the damage to the paint they would mitigate. I guess my only options would be to get smaller tires like a nitto trail grappler 35x12.5 or keep what I have, put on the flaps and 3m a 6" strip around the fenders and along the bottom. But with that way I'd still be stuck with a look I don't really want. I was so pissed I was going to take my 8lb sledge hammer to the bottom corners. Lol

did you check what kind of springs you have in the front? maybe you have a lighter coil weight hence the truck sitting lower. just something to check for.

It is strange but they definitely do. A friend at work put a 2.5" spacer on his F350 long bed and it's 1.5" higher in front now. I had to double check it for the 3" rear block

Well I just started my days off so brought the truck and 1 flare down to the shop and showed them the dilemma. He said they deal with this on a regular basis and it's no big deal. His tech just massages in those corners and swears you can't even notice anything was done. I'll just let them install the flares and flaps at the same time to just get it done straight and right. Guess this fixes my dilemma since I'm happy with the rim/tire size and combo.

TPMS sensor question: When the shop did the mount, balance and install they were supposed to give me new TPMS sensors. Well I got a call saying they thought they had the right sensors in stock but turns out they used the last set so they just put it together and said when it's in stock they will install them. I have driven the truck about 20 miles so far and haven't got a sensor light or warning. Is this normal?

It's just the bottom corners... They are the main truck shop in a town that's the trucking capitol of Canada so I'll give them a shot.

suit yourself...the guy with the hammer likely couldn't pay to repair the damage he inflicts...

Working the pinch weld for clearance is one thing. Working the fender in makes no sense to me when the flare will fit over it and since it's formed to fit it'll either cover up the damage they do and still have the same shape or they'll warp the flare trying to pull it into the "massaged" fender.

Ok fair enough, valid points. I might go get a second opinion from a reputable body shop before I decide this then. I appreciate the input for sure because I don't want to hack anything up on my baby.

It really depends on what he is planning on doing to it. I did have to do a little cutting on the bottom of my fenders to get my tires to clear, but it is not noticeable and still looks factory. In your case, I'm with these other guys, I'm not sure how they plan on doing it since the flares are molded to fit.

I wouldn't "not do it", but I would for sure want to understand it before they start.
