This helped me make up my mind about which turbo to buy, H2E or GTP38R?

Definitely going with a GTP38R + WWII!

Can't wait! However, I thought I read that they will possibly be developing a WWII for the H2E.

I was leaning towards the GTP38 anyway...

We are indeed prototyping the H2E version now. I think this one will be awesome! There is so much room for improvement in that 30+ year old technology.

I'm just curious and not trying to start anything but...

Have you ever driven a truck with an H2e? A modded H2e?

Have you even driven your truck with the 38R and the WW2?

Again, just trying to qualify your statment...

I think id be pleased with a garrett BB and WW2 that makes 600 hp. Im just sayin, maybe just me, but at half the price of a BW turbo and T4 kit to make the same power with quicker low end spool.
The not so rebuildable cartridge is its down fall though, considering the exchange program is around 600 $ for that platform if you can kill it.

The only way you have to grow with a 38R is adding another turbo... A 38R even with this wheel will not last long at the boost levels required for 600hp. You can believe what you want, but a T4 set up is going to be far superior in every respect.

Joe just hates Garrett, so he's gotta stir the pot, LOL.

Dan

No Dan, thats not true... I hate surge... I'm sure you know everything about me, but do you know I still have a truck with a 38R on it??? Of course you did...
